Chris Brown says these are his new guards. He said they come with AKs and don't mess around. They don't look scary...lol. He's probably just messing around.

"Armed," in this case, means carrying a nightstick with permission to "use physical and deadly force," as given to NYC Parks Enforcement Patrol officers. They can also "make warrantless arrests, carry and use handcuffs"
